BOLIX AZ Acrylic façade paint

OLIX AZ acrylic façade paint with high colour stability and enhanced resistance to weather conditions and biological growth. For use in BOLIX thermal insulation systems based on EPS and on typical mineral substrates.

Consumption: approx. 0.18–0.25 l/m² for smooth substrates, 0.30–0.40 l/m² for rough substrates, with two coats.

BOLIX AZ is a proven acrylic paint designed for decorative and protective façade coatings. The product is part of BOLIX thermal insulation systems based on EPS boards, ensuring compatibility and durability of the entire system – confirmed by many years of brand experience.

The paint is characterised by high in-use resistance – both to weather conditions and UV radiation, thanks to the use of UV absorbers. In addition, the applied calcium ion blocking system reduces the formation of efflorescence, which is particularly important on mineral substrates.

The product is intended for painting:

thin-layer mineral and acrylic renders, including ETICS systems,
concrete and reinforced concrete substrates,
traditional cement and cement-lime plasters,
renovation and maintenance layers.

Apply in two coats using a brush, roller or spray equipment. Thanks to good adhesion and appropriate working viscosity, the paint provides even coverage and a consistent colour effect over large surfaces.

water vapour permeability: Sd ≤ 0.4 m
water permeability: w ≤ 0.08 kg/(m²·h⁰˙⁵)
adhesion and hiding power in accordance with PN-EN 1062-1
wet scrub resistance: ≥ 5000 cycles

depending on substrate absorbency and texture

Practical application notes:

apply at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C,
avoid painting façades exposed to strong direct sunlight,
for intense colours, the use of inorganic pigments is recommended.
